Traditional is Not Sustainable

The building and construction sector are responsible for...

Decarbonizing the Construction Industry

How do we build a more resilient world through cement climate technology?

Step 1 Capture CO2

Think of this step as using a giant chemistry vacuum cleaner. Using mobile CCUS Direct Air Capture Unit, we initiate the climate transformation process by capturing CO2 directly from the air. This unit is not only mobile and scalable but can also be deployed from practically any location.

Step 2 - Make it Useful

Advanced material science and R&D takes center stage in the second step. The captured CO2 is sequestered, repurposed, and utilized into high performance building materials. This isn’t just environmental stewardship; it’s a deliberate effort to turn CO2 into a resource and make it valuable.

Step 3 - Build Better

Leverage the innovation in step 1 & 2 to build high-performance, climate-resilient structures. Here, we see the tangible results. The structures built are not just functional; they actively contribute to lowering both embodied and operational carbon footprints, setting a new standard for responsible construction.

MgO Sheathing, Backing Board & Underlayment

Our Board is a high-performance sheathing, backing board and underlayment engineered with Magnesium Oxide (MgO) cement technology. Combining advanced material science with environmental responsibility, TechBoard™ delivers exceptional strength and climate resilience without compromising on performance.

What Does Board Replace In A Conventional Building?

Building with Board has increased benefits to the overall longevity of buildings. Board can be used to replace traditional sheathing products like plywood, OSB, or drywall with a fire, mold, and water-resistant solution. Additionally, Board has increased structural capacities compared to traditional materials.

3-in-1 MgO Structual Assembly

As part of the building envelope, Panels provides a 3 in 1 solution. 3 onsite trades manufactured into 1 building material:

  • Framing for structural stability
  • Insulation for minimal thermal bridging and airtightness,
  • MgO cement sheathing for assembly integrity and climate resilience

Unlike traditional construction, which separates these layers, this assembly offers consistent thermal performance, reduces air leakage, and minimizes thermal bridging. By prefabricating wall, floor, and roof panels in a controlled environment, we can significantly reduce onsite labor, minimize material waste, and enhance overall project efficiency.

This integrated approach enhances energy efficiency, accelerates construction, and ensures a more durable, sustainable building envelope.

Testing & Certifications

We don’t just meet industry standards; we set them. By heavily investing in testing and certifications, QuickStructions can confidently and safely bring innovative constructions to market that seamlessly integrate into existing regulations and industry standards.

We’ve built rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures into our manufacturing processes to ensure streamlined delivery from production to construction. This ensures that our building materials undergo rigorous assessments to guarantee enhanced durability, resilience, and long-term performance in diverse environmental conditions. This proactive approach minimizes the risk of failures, enhances safety, and protects the investments made in construction projects.

Our team proudly collaborates with QAI Laboratories (QAI) for testing, certification, and Code Evaluation Reports. From inspecting our manufacturing equipment to batch testing our TechBoard before panel assembly, QAI acts as an independent third-party testing, inspection and certification organization to ensure transparency at every step of the process.

QAI’s certification mark is recognized with building officials throughout North America including the CCMC, the Florida Building Commission, Miami-Dade County, Los Angeles City Building Department, California State Fire Marshal, and others.
